Project Manager - Homer

We are looking for a versatile person to take on a multifaceted role leading a project/product team focused on creating AI technologies with existing ML/NPL and cloud tools. If you have what it takes you will be designing the next generation of technology.

 

This role will:

  • Lead a project/product team of UX/UI designers, creatives and developers using Agile Working methods, such as sprint planning, backlog management and user-testing

  • Work in close collaboration with the clients and team members to deliver product visions and roadmaps

  • Define functionalities and user flows with CUI tools for prototyping (Botmock) or complex NLP solutions and MVPs using AI technologies (DialogFlow)

  • Plan and manage ongoing projects and budgets

  • Use design thinking methodologies, conversational tools and new AI/ML technologies

  • Make strategic proposals and recommendations by giving content knowledge and expertise

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with Agile Working methods leading a team of more than 2 persons

  • Experience with learning on the job with the ability to learn new trends and continuously experimenting with new ideas

  • Scientific approach to testing new ideas with metrics and conversion to support future business decisions

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a calm mental state when facing stressful situations

Full Stack Developer - Homer

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to build digital products using AI technologies with existing ML/NPL and cloud tools. As a member of our AI/CUI Team, you have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, take on new challenges and shape the next generation of technology.

 

This role will:

  • Build prototypes and MVPs using AI technologies

  • Setup internal environment to test conversational solutions

  • Work with teams to improve IT user experiences

  • Deliver valuable IT architecture (APIs)

  • Keep up with changes to AI platforms including, Chatfuel, Dialogflow, Facebook Messenger, IBM Watson etc.

  • Develop competencies to code using the appropriate languages (Node.js & Angular)

  • Integrate conversational experiences to different channels, ex. Facebook Messenger, mobile or web

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience with front-end and back-end development in a team of more than 2 persons

  • Experience with APIs/Json integration and MySQL

  • Technology enthusiast (practising and learning) with an interest in AI/ML

  • Work in close collaboration with the founder and advisory team members to deliver product visions and roadmaps

  • Define opportunities and clear strategy for acquisitions and/or simple grant & funding with attention to the resources needed and return on investment

  • Plan and manage ongoing capital projects and budgets

  • Make strategic proposals and recommendations by giving content knowledge and expertise

We are looking for an individual Community Engagement person to facilitate positive communication between our customers and company. As a member of our Community & Events Team, you have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, take on new challenges and shape the next generation of technology.

 

This role will:

In this part-time role, the successful applicant will facilitate directly on behalf and with our Project Manager to support our new business partnerships and customer audience.

We are looking for people who are flexible, and feel comfortable working on 3-day in-office schedule.

You have strong communication skills and you know how to “read” between the lines. Maintaining a personal brand on Instagram and/or Twitter is not required but is a plus.

You must be flexible to receive feedback from the product team. Be passionate about customer experience and developing real human connections.

It is expected you will develop expertise during the process, showing your willingness to make recommendations and long-term social engagement strategies.
